Yogurt cup filling & sealing machine CFB-2
The machine is for unity film/coil film plastic/paper cups' sealing. Unity film and coil film have the fission mold structure so that it can be replacing rapidly. It has the independent cylinder and floating self-balanced sealing die. Filling ways is the Japan's fluid filling technology. It also has the self-compensation sealing and non-drip filling technical structure.
This is a design for yogurt, milk, fruit juice drinks etc. This kind of machine is favored by the milk enterprise which is beginning to use the plastic cups for the dairy.
P. S. This size of the cup could be adjusted according to the customer's demand.
Procedure: Cup discharge - filling - fluid surface control - down velum - sealing closure - flat sealing - line sealing - cutting - top and transmit the product.
